This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 48 000 for a farming company LA FERMA BARSAN S.R.L. to re-finance an exisiting loan for which loan term will be extended by additional 39 months.

The annual interest rate of 12%, LTV of 48%. The total amounts of payments of the Principal amount of the Loan and the interest for the Loan use are equal in all months of the Loan repayment.

The borrower is engaged in crop farming, growing rapeseed, sunflower and soybean as well as manages 135 ha of arable land. Financial results in 2022 were: revenue € 368 227, profit € 115 600.
